Mayors of Ibero-America

As “VERDF”, we lit up the Torre Latino again, as a “Beacon of light” that resurfaced after a pandemic (Influenza A H1N1) and an international financial crisis. In this scenario, an event was organized to welcome the Mayors of Ibero-America, summoned by the then Head of Government in Mexico City Marcelo Ebrard, and the Authority of the Historic Center.
